Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Supporting clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household items, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
Assists clients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Make beds and change linens, Laundry, Assisting in bathing as requested.
Light housekeeping including dusting and vacuuming. Trash removal
Cleaning medical equipment including bedside commodes, wheelchairs, etc.
Water haul, firewood cutting and hauling.
Snow removal needed to keep doors and walkways clear.
Meal preparation. Run errands, Post Office and Shopping.
Adhere to confidentiality guidelines, as outlined by organization policy and HIPAA regulations.
Attend and maintain all training requirements in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local requirements, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
Provide necessary documentation that supports services rendered.
Coordinates with Coordinator on delivery of equipment and assistance with consumer paperwork/applications.
Reports any changes or concerns to the Coordinator, relating to the individual in which services are being provided to.
Any other services needed by the consumer as outlined in the individual’s Plan of Care.
Minimum Requirements:
Must provide a criminal history statement and fingerprints, which show there is no history of crimes that would pose a current danger to consumers.
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 3 months of hire and must keep current.
Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.
Ability to demonstrate oral and written instructions.

HOMEMAKER (OPTION 2)
Homemaker Responsibilities:
Homemakers, also known as housekeepers and household managers, organize and oversee all of the activities needed for the day-to-day running of households and estates, as well as manage other domestic concerns.
Doing the weekly grocery shopping.
Setting and monitoring budgets.
Cleaning, cooking and doing the laundry.
Scheduling and other household management activities.
Caring for children.
Advising household owners in housekeeping matters.
Staying up-to-date nutrition and hygiene.
PERSONAL CARE(OPTION3)
Personal Care responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene, including shower, tub or bed baths, oral care, hair, and skin care.
Assist clients in the use of toilet facilities, including bed pans.
Assist clients in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent.
Assist clients with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable.
