Return/ Refund


If you are not satisfied with your product, we are offering a 15% - 35% restocking fee  for most item within 30 days of purchase.You can submit refund request within 15 days of purchased.

To qualify:

The item must be in new, unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. Indications of use include, but not are limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires , pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches on remote controls.. etc!

  • Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days.
  • Cancellation of custom premade orders have a 35% restocking fee, if canceled after 24 hours.

You MUST HAVE a return authorization number to qualify for a return:

Call (857)557-4575 on regular business hours; or email us at info@evolvecommunityservices.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. RETURNS MAY NOT BE SENT TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. Please remember, it can takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.

P.S. A dispute will be closed automatically if you have not answered for three (3) consecutive days.

Custom-made by the manufacturer are non-returnable, nor refundable which include:

  • Built to order items
  • Hospital beds
  • reclining wheelchairs | Sport wheelchairs
  • All parts
  • Bathroom products
  • Sling
  • Incontinence products
  • Patient lifts
  • Mattresses
  • Seat cushions | Back cushions


Refused Deliveries

If package is refused at the point of delivery, client will be responsible for the return shipping and restocking fee.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to define, refuse, limit and/ or reject any returns from customers due to but not limited:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Excessive return history of the customer involving altered, damage or missing items
  • Irregular return history
