The Traumatic Brain Injury Team (TBIT) provides highly individualized supports and services to help strengthen Traumatic Brain Injury survivors and their families as they struggle to reduce concerns, build resilience, become empowered, and pursue self-independency
The Traumatic Brain Injury Team (TBIT) provides skillful services to TBI survivors who experience brain injury challenges, and their families. Services may be provided in various settings, including at home, or at a community-based setting.
The goal of the Traumatic Brain Injury Team (TBIT)is to work collaboratively with the TBI survivor, family members, and their healthcare provider to establish a better therapeutic outcome.
